The stones are made of aluminum oxide and mounted on an aluminum base, making them easy to attach to the EdgeON sharpening system. This set includes everything—from stones for rapid material removal to an ultra-fine stone for achieving a mirror-polished edge.

Set contents:

1. Boride AM 150 – coarse stone for reshaping and profiling edges, suitable even for hardened steels.
2. Boride AS-9 (220 grit) – medium-coarse stone for controlled and quick sharpening.
3. Boride CS-HD (400 grit) – polishing stone, suitable for honing even the hardest knife steels.
4. Boride T2 (F600 grit) – versatile polishing stone for stainless steels, durable with a long lifespan.
5. Boride PC (F1200 grit) – ultra-fine stone for final polishing and achieving a mirror finish.

The stones can be used dry or with sharpening oil (recommended). Once oil is applied for the first time, it should continue to be used—water will no longer be effective.
