EdgeON 10 Sharpening Station

Description

EdgeON-10 is a long-awaited professional sharpener that replaces the entire previous EdgeON series.
It was developed based on user demands and for the first time, comes in a modular form — as a construction kit. You buy only what you actually need.

The base unit is a fully functional sharpener without a fixed work table. Various types of table can be attached to its frame within seconds (literally two hand movements), allowing the sharpener to handle all types of blades and tools.

Compatible interchangeable tables:

• magnetic table for standard blades
• clamping table with clamps
• angled table with magnets for precise sharpening of sharp tips
• angled table without magnets, with brass screws (for ceramic and non-magnetic knives)
• table for woodworking tools
• custom work surfaces available on request

The sharpener is also equipped with a precise angle scale, ensuring repeatable sharpening even for complex geometries. The tilt of the angled table up to ±34° on each side covers all common and advanced blade shapes.
