Angled table without magnets

Description

The Angled Screw Table is designed for the EdgeON-5 and EdgeON-10 sharpeners.

Its main advantage is the ability to efficiently sharpen non-magnetic blades or edges with complex shapes, such as tanto blades. It allows you to easily and precisely determine the cutting-edge line on different sections of the blade, perpendicular to the grinding axis — and you can adjust it smoothly even during the sharpening process itself, not only in a fixed position.

This table is an extremely useful upgrade for anyone who needs high precision when working with demanding blade geometries — exactly where conventional sharpeners often reach their limits.

The table is equipped with adjustable brass screws DIN84MS M6×12, which serve both as supports and clamps for the spine of the knife. A regular coin is all you need to tighten them, and no significant force is required. The brass construction ensures that the screws leave no marks on the blade surface.

Just like the angled table with magnets, this model features a calibrated angle scale with a range of ±35°, covering all standard working angles. The result is maximum flexibility and precision when sharpening even the most complex blade shapes.
